  After being the middle car in an accident my car was left with damage to both ends of my car, It need a lot of work done. After a friend recommended New Again, I called they promptly answered gave me a time to come in the next day they reviewed the damages and offered to take my car that same day. I dealt with Hector and Julio they were extremely accommodating and friendly. They constantly kept me informed of additional damages that were found and were reporting to the insurance company. Car was finished in record time despite it being during the holidays. Could not have asked for better service, truly a hidden gem. Would recommend New Again in a heartbeat.

Después de estar en un accidente mi carro tenía daño enfrente y atrás. Al ser recomendado, llame a New Again y me dieron una hora para el siguiente día revisaron los daños y se ofrecieron empezar ese mismo día. Yo hablé con Julio y Hector, eran amables  y serviciales. Siempre me mantuvieron al tanto de todo, cualquier daño adicional que encontraban y reportaban al seguro. El carro estaba listo en tiempo récord, aun en medio de las fiestas navideñas. Honestamente recibí el mejor servicio posible. Sin duda recomendaría New Again.

  Showed up before the shop was open. They took me right away without problem! Drove with me to try to determine an issue, inspected my car, and determine the issue. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. They were incredibly nice

  New Again Auto Repair was amazing to work with! I ruined my passenger side door and side panel by scraping a pole in my parking garage and was distraught over how much damage it had caused. Within 20 minutes of contacting them through Yelp, Andrew responded with pricing options and ideas on how to get a used door that could cut down on cost. Next thing I knew, my car was ready to pick up with a door that looked brand new and a perfect paint job. Their customer service is transparent, honest and kind and you know what you are getting/paying for upfront, which is basically unheard of when dealing with autobody shops or dealerships. I never felt like I was being ripped off and was very comfortable with their process. My car was in great hands and looks better than ever. Fingers crossed I won't destroy my door again, but if I ever had any other car issues, I will definitely be going to New Again Auto Repair again. Can't recommend their services enough!

  Good morning. As we complain about the bad services we also fear to say when they are good. In less than 24 hours they devil and painted my car. I did not use my insurance and the price was incredible for half the price of two quotes in other workshops. Warm and personalized services
